Obama annoucement...

Before I post the link, I give this disclaimer. I've been commenting with someone under one of my posts regarding pastors 'endorsing' presidential candidates. As a pastor, I won't use the stage to further a political candidate. With that said, I'm not going to hide the bumper sticker on my Jeep whenever a Christian might be around. I think this guy has integrity and honesty, and he believes that small people matter. When America is a good place for everyone, small people matter as much as wealthy people. Go listen to his pre-announement, and even notice his vocabulary. He talks like a normal person not controlled by money or special interests or political parties... http://www.barackobama.com/video/preview/

So, information is propaganda? This guy has lived a life of integrity, has not been part of a power family (aka the Bush group), and he has served his community without fanfare. Now that people want to chear and support this kind of person it is propoganda?

Either the ways of Jesus including: honesty, goodness, kindness, gentleness, caring for the poor, being a person of justice and mercy... either these things matter of they do not.

They've mattered thus far to Barack Obama. I have no idea if this will carry through into a presidency, but I do know that we would be a great improvement to our current 'powers.'

Call all of that propoganda if you so desire...
